- Machine Setup: Configure machines according to the setup procedures outlined in the Heat Treat Operator Manual.
- Inspection: Examine cut parts for defects such as scratches and improper cuts.
- Size Verification: Ensure tubes meet specified dimensions and specifications.
- Quality Control Notification: Notify Quality Control for initial approval of samples and setups.
- Heat Treatment Execution: Process tubes according to customer specifications as indicated in production orders.
- Data Recording: Maintain accurate records of production activities to meet traceability requirements.
- Regular Inspections: Conduct inspections every 30 minutes for length, squareness, and other quality metrics.
- Reporting: Distribute production reports to relevant departments for analysis.
- Shift Preparation: Prepare the heat treatment area for subsequent shifts.
- Compliance: Adhere to company health, safety, and quality regulations.
- Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
- Strong communication skills and reliability.
