  2. Equipment Operation: Operate heat treatment machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
  3. Work Area Maintenance: Keep the heat treatment area clean and safe.
  4. Preventive Care: Operate machinery to prevent unnecessary wear and damage.
  5. Documentation: Log all heat-treated items in the Heat Treat logbook.
  6. Issue Reporting: Communicate any equipment malfunctions or tooling issues to the lead operator.
  7. Machine Setup: Configure machines according to the setup procedures outlined in the Heat Treat Operator Manual.
  8. Inspection: Examine cut parts for defects such as scratches and improper cuts.
  9. Size Verification: Ensure tubes meet specified dimensions and specifications.
  10. Quality Control Notification: Notify Quality Control for initial approval of samples and setups.
  11. Heat Treatment Execution: Process tubes according to customer specifications as indicated in production orders.
  12. Data Recording: Maintain accurate records of production activities to meet traceability requirements.
  13. Regular Inspections: Conduct inspections every 30 minutes for length, squareness, and other quality metrics.
  14. Reporting: Distribute production reports to relevant departments for analysis.
  15. Shift Preparation: Prepare the heat treatment area for subsequent shifts.
  16. Compliance: Adhere to company health, safety, and quality regulations.
  17. Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
Required Skills
