Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 4 years of general maintenance experience, including carpentry, painting, electrical, and mechanical repairs
  • Solid mechanical abilities and basic personal computer skills
  • Ability to read and utilize blueprints, and possess solid problem-solving skills and sound judgment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Licensed in one of the following skilled trade areas for the State of Ohio: Electrical, Plumber, HVAC, Mechanic, or Carpenter
  • Documented completion of a formal apprenticeship program as an Electrician, Mechanic, HVAC Technician, Plumber, Carpenter, or other skilled trade
Physical Requirements

May sit, stand, stoop, bend, and ambulate intermittently during the day. May need to sit or stand for extended periods. See in the normal visual range with or without correction. Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction. Ability to climb intermittently during the day. Ability to push/pull pounds. Ability to lift 10-40 pounds. Requires some exposure to communicable diseases or body fluids. Requires some exposure to chemicals and cleaning products.
