We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Resource Nurse at MultiCare Health System. As a Resource Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting our adult hospitals and Freestanding EDs by filling workforce gaps and providing high-quality patient care.
Job Summary:The System Resource Department at MultiCare Health System is designed to address workforce gaps in long-term assignments systemwide. As a System Resource RN, you will utilize the nursing process to independently deliver nursing care to patients, achieving quality outcomes and receiving guidance/supervision based on leader- and self-assessment of opportunities for skill enhancement.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-level clinical nursing care to assigned patients, performing related assessments, procedures, and treatments, evaluations, patient care plan development/revisions, and education to patients and/or family.
- Put the patient first and ensure that high-quality care is given to assigned patients by following policies, clinical guidelines, safety systems, timely and accurate documentation, core measure compliance, and serving as a patient advocate.
- Make providing an exceptional patient/family experience high priority.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- One (1) year of acute care experience.
- Current BLS Certification required.
