Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, demonstrating a solid understanding of fundamental sales principles.
- Lead and manage functions and personnel effectively.
- Organize and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Communicate tactically, operationally, and strategically with both internal and external stakeholders, coordinating with Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams.
- Possess a solid operational understanding of TMS and customer needs.
- Conduct data collection and analysis.
- Address and resolve problems that are uncertain, complex, or ambiguous, taking decisive action to manage issues and opportunities.
- Resolve discrepancies with a strong comfort level in conflict resolution.
- Maintain a general understanding of financial and business principles.
- Be aware of compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Review contracts comprehensively.
- Manage development projects for key accounts and oversee product management.
- Facilitate regular meetings with customers, including travel to customer locations as necessary.
Qualifications and Skills
- Preferred experience with RF interconnect products, coaxial cables, or related technologies.
- Familiarity with RF interconnect products and coaxial cables is advantageous.
- Ability to read specifications and blueprints, along with understanding materials and process specifications.
- A highly motivated, self-starting individual eager to contribute to the company's success.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience in RF assemblies.
- Commercial business experience is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in an Electro-Mechanical Design or Manufacturing environment is preferred.
