Salary and Benefits
As a Crisis Clinician at St. Francis Medical Center, you can expect a competitive compensation package that includes a salary ranging from $37,180 to $46,420 per year. Job Description
You will be responsible for assessing patients in the emergency room and throughout the hospital when requested. You will ensure placement according to their age, identified problems, and needs, while acting within the guidelines of LPS Statutes and Patients' Rights. You will provide crisis intervention and appropriate referrals when needed, working within the multidisciplinary team and communicating effectively with physicians, nurses, and staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have current valid licensure as a Registered Nurse, LPT, PST, MFT, or LCSW issued by the State. A minimum of two years of experience in an Inpatient Psychiatric unit is required. You must also obtain LPS certification prior to commencement of employment and maintain current BCLS (AHA) certification. Additionally, you will need Assaultive Behavior Management training within six months of hire and DMH certification for 5150 detention.
