Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a Lead Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and operating technical infrastructure for strategic Broadridge applications and services.

This role requires a deep understanding of cloud computing, automation, and DevOps practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions across a full stack of development tools and technologies.

You will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical designs, considering automation, availability, performance, scale, and cost. You will also lead technical design sessions and work closely with multiple teams to review infrastructure designs for new projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working as a Site Reliability Engineer and leadership experience. They should be well-versed in cloud technologies, such as AWS, and have experience with automation tools like Terraform, Bladelogic, Chef, Jenkins, and Ansible.

They should also have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and be able to collaborate effectively with peers and other technical teams.

Salary:

The salary range for this position is $135,000-$145,000 per year, depending on experience.
