Head Baker

Montilio's Baking Company is seeking a skilled Head Baker to join our kitchen staff. You will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals in our professional kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare all served food to meet high standards of quality and presentation.
• Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours, ensuring timely delivery of dishes.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of menu items, abbreviations, plate appearance, and portions to provide exceptional customer service.
• Follow standard recipes and special diet orders to accommodate diverse customer needs.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all sanitation and food production codes.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and areas to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.

This part-time, full-time, and seasonal position offers competitive compensation, including an estimated $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
