Dietitian Position

We are seeking a skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at Peters Twp Nursing & Rehab in McMurray, PA. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nutrition care to our residents.

The Registered Dietitian will be responsible for developing and implementing nutrition care plans, conducting assessments, and providing education to residents and their families. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent patient outcomes.

• Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans for residents
• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate nutritional status and identify areas for improvement
• Provide education to residents and their families on healthy eating habits and nutrition-related topics
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care delivery
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition interventions

• Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in gerontology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Competitive salary range: $66,000 - $79,000 per year
