Job Title: Travel Physical Therapist

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Travel Physical Therapist to join our team. As a travel physical therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings, including rehabilitation centers, hospitals, and clinics.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate physical therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide physical therapy services to patients with various medical conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a physical therapist in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Graduate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a physical therapist in a rehabilitation setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
