We are seeking a skilled Clinical Psych Nurse to join our team at BJC Healthcare. As a member of our psychiatric care unit, you will provide direct patient care and work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs according to standards of care.
- Develop, implement, and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with other members of the interprofessional team and patient, family, or caregiver.
- Promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- No experience required, but less than 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred.
- RN licensure required.
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, pension plan, 401(k) plan with match, tuition assistance, health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts, paid time off, and adoption assistance.
