Position Summary:

The role involves delivering professional cleaning services in clients' homes, utilizing Merry Maids' specialized cleaning methods and products. As a valued team member, you will ensure outstanding customer satisfaction through consistent and thorough cleaning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employ Merry Maids cleaning products and techniques to maintain cleanliness in clients' residences
  • Utilize provided tools, including vacuums and microfiber cloths
  • Thoroughly clean all areas of the home, such as fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, countertops, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floors
  • Perform floor cleaning tasks on hands and knees in kitchens and bathrooms
  • Vacuum stairs, carpets, hard surfaces, and furniture
  • Relocate reasonably movable furniture to clean underneath and behind
  • Transport cleaning supplies and equipment to and from the office, vehicle, and clients' homes
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment
  • Foster a positive work environment with a friendly demeanor and contribute to team efforts by being punctual and in uniform
  • Show respect and understanding towards colleagues and clients
Required Qualifications:
  • Ability to distinguish between various cleaning products and their appropriate uses
  • Capability to comprehend cleaning instructions
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Physical capability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 20 lbs.
  • Ability to manage regular exposure to pet hair, dust, mold, mildew, and cleaning agents
  • Valid driver's license for travel to different job locations
