KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The following duties are essential to this role:
Deliver exceptional customer service in line with company standards and initiatives.
Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements within your designated area and report any concerns to management.
Maintain a vigilant presence at assigned locations to monitor activities.
Conduct regular patrols of the premises, remaining alert for any criminal behavior or violations of company policies.
Perform visual inspections of all areas to identify potential fire and safety risks that could jeopardize the safety of individuals and property.
Manage crowd control and direct traffic as necessary.
Uphold strict confidentiality regarding all departmental and organizational matters.
Execute additional job-related tasks as required.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with a minimum of one year of security experience in a high-traffic environment or relevant military/law enforcement background, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Strong interpersonal skills to engage with guests, staff, and colleagues, effectively resolving conflicts in a courteous manner.
Excellent organizational abilities to operate efficiently under pressure, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong listening skills combined with sound judgment and effective public relations capabilities.
Physical endurance and a positive mindset to interact effectively with guests, management, vendors, and fellow employees in high-pressure situations.
Ability to endure varying weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and inclement weather.
Familiarity with common safety hazards and necessary precautions.
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY
Ability to read and interpret documents in English, including safety regulations, operational guidelines, and procedural manuals. Proficiency in verbal communication in English is also necessary.
PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS
Ability to apply common sense to follow instructions provided in written, oral, or diagrammatic formats.
Ability to address issues involving multiple concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES
Must qualify for all necessary licenses and permits as mandated by federal, state, and local regulations.
Required certifications include a Nevada Gaming License, CPR/First Aid/AED Certification, and a Nevada Alcohol Awareness Card.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

They must also be capable of pushing and pulling ≤150 pounds, as well as bending, twisting, stooping, stacking, crouching, kneeling, and balancing in various work environments.
