Deburring Specialist

As a Deburring Specialist at Aerotek, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality of machined parts. Your primary responsibility will be to thoroughly examine parts for burrs, defects, and other foreign object debris (FOD). You will utilize proper procedures to remove FOD and correct any defects while maintaining a high level of part quality.

• Examine machined parts for burrs, defects, and FOD
• Utilize proper procedures to remove FOD and correct defects
• Work with proper tooling to remove FOD
• Deburring/polishing parts (30% microscope work)
• Identify and correct recurring quality issues
