We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Service Consultant to enhance our service department.
Role Responsibilities: As a Service Consultant for Mopar/CDJR, you will serve as the main point of contact for our service clientele. Your duties will encompass:
- Providing an exceptional service experience for customers throughout their service journey. We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused individual who is enthusiastic about automobiles and thrives in a dynamic work setting.
- Welcoming customers and arranging service appointments.
- Engaging with customers to assess their vehicle concerns and maintenance requirements.
- Delivering precise estimates for services and repairs.
- Collaborating with technicians to guarantee prompt and effective service.
- Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicles.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and promptly addressing any issues.
- Maintaining comprehensive records of services and repairs.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an automotive service consultant, ideally with Mopar/CDJR vehicles. Sign-on bonuses may be available for qualified Mopar/CDJR advisors.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Capability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of automotive repair and maintenance.
- Familiarity with dealership management software.
- Valid driver's license is required.
