Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze user needs and perform research and functional analysis on a variety of projects
  • Evaluate emerging IAMD systems and enabling technologies to assess their capabilities, effectiveness, and robustness in an operational environment
  • Synchronize and coordinate efforts across IAMD stakeholders
  • Develop alternative analytical approaches to solve complex, not well-defined problems
  • Perform critical thinking and reasoning to provide comparative analysis that assesses and delineates impacts of alternative courses of action
  • Decipher complex solutions and prepare succinct results for presentation to DoD senior leaders for decision
  • Execute high-quality, fully coordinated staff action packages meeting standards required for Joint Staff leadership decisions

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
  • Required Experience: 15+ years of related experience
  • Required Technical Skills: Must have experience with planning, coordinating, and conducting IAMD analysis, including identification of IAMD objectives, methodologies, MOEs & MOPs, and tools, and preparation of IAMD analysis plans, analyses, analysis reports, and briefings
  • Security Clearance Level: Active TS/SCI and SAP eligible
