Sales Representative Post-Acute Care Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our Post-Acute medical sales team in the San Francisco area. As a sales representative, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Sell clinical and operational solutions to healthcare providers, including long-term care facilities, home health and hospice agencies, and medical equipment providers.
- Develop a strong knowledge base about Medline's product catalog and value-added programs and services.
- Present new products and initiatives to customers, educating them on current industry trends and regulations.
- Prepare bids and negotiate contracts with customers.
- Take ownership and leadership of your territory, driving sales growth and expanding your customer base.
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience, or at least 5 years of quota-based sales experience with a background in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales.
- Ability to sell effectively to different levels within a customer organization.
- Proven ability to identify, connect with, and close new business, build consensus, and present complex sales strategies.
- Background in commissioned, tangible product sales, with a track record of demonstrable sales growth and quota attainment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to present multiple product lines and interact with healthcare providers on site.
