Role Overview: We seek a committed Electrical Estimator/Project Manager with a robust background in commercial and industrial electrical projects. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in voltage systems, estimating tools, and project oversight. This role is primarily office-based, with a small percentage of fieldwork, promoting an excellent work-life balance without extensive travel—ensuring you return home each evening.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate precise estimates and oversee electrical projects from initial bidding through to completion.
  • Conduct site evaluations to perform take-offs and determine project needs.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and site supervisors to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Supervise the electrical aspects of projects to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Utilize ACUBID software for estimating purposes (highly preferred).
  • Engage with a predominantly Spanish-speaking workforce; proficiency in Spanish is a significant asset.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and prioritize quality in all deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in commercial and industrial electrical projects.
  • 1-2 years of estimating experience with a solid grasp of the electrical sector.
  • Proficient in voltage systems and electrical estimating software.
  • Spanish-speaking ability is a considerable advantage due to the team composition.
  • A sincere, dedicated, and composed approach to project management.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $70,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience.
