Role Summary:
As a Financial Advisor, you will have the autonomy to select your clientele and target markets, allowing you to cultivate your own portfolio. This role emphasizes flexibility and independence, enabling you to grow your business with the backing of our experienced team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and risk tolerance.
2. Create tailored investment strategies that align with client objectives.
3. Proactively seek out new business opportunities and leads.
4. Ensure consistent and clear communication with clients, adhering to our high standards of customer service.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a Series 65 securities license or equivalent (training available for qualified candidates).
- Proven ability to engage in sales outreach and build relationships within the community.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a self-motivated approach to business development.
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service and attention to detail.
- Alignment with our firm’s mission of promoting low-cost, diversified investment options.
Compensation:
Contracted Advisors will receive an annual stipend for the initial two years, transitioning to a commission-only structure thereafter. Compensation is based on Assets Under Management (AUM), with Advisors earning a percentage of the revenue generated from their AUM.
Technology:
Advisors will be equipped with a state-of-the-art 27" iMac to facilitate their work.
