CAD Technician

T&M Associates is a leading technology company seeking a skilled CAD Support Technician 2 to join our team in Middletown, NJ. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare detailed drawings for various CAD applications, including Autodesk and Bentley.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure accurate and timely completion of drawings.
• Maintain adherence to required standards, including client, company, and project-specific requirements.
• Ensure all drawing files are accurate, complete, and neatly organized.
• Develop a range of drawings, including plans, specifications, and sketches.
• Apply problem-solving skills, teamwork, critical thinking, mathematical reasoning, and visualization to create precise and detailed drawings.
• Contribute to the development, updating, and communication of CAD standards and training courses.
• May require field support as needed.

• 5-10 years of experience in CAD is required.
• A degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
• AutoCAD and Civil 3D experience is mandatory.
• Ability to assist with design and follow appropriate mark-ups.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills are essential.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, writing, and verbal communication skills are required.
