SSM Health Day Institute is seeking a Physical Therapist to work in our specialized outpatient rehabilitation program.
We have nine centers across the St. Louis Metro area serving individuals recovering from a traumatic injury or illness who no longer require 24-hour nursing or acute rehabilitative care.
We take a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary approach to build skills and maximize independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients with neurological and medically complex conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois.
- Experience working with neurological and medically complex patients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
