We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of personal care services to residents daily, following required regulatory requirements.
- Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity, and their healthcare needs are met.
- Coordinate, train, and supervise resident care staff to meet the needs of our residents.
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse license (we are open to license endorsement for Washington DC)
- BLS Certification
- Long-term, Skilled Nursing, Memory care experience
- Leadership and Management skills
