Job Responsibilities

The Sanitation Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen. This includes washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and equipment, as well as ensuring that all areas of the kitchen are clean and tidy.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly washed and sanitized

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Assist with kitchen cleaning tasks as needed

• Work effectively in a team environment

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience working in a commercial kitchen

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to read and comprehend labels on chemicals

• Physical stamina to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds

• A high school diploma or equivalent

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include gas, food, and hotel discounts.
