Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Curaleaf, a leading global cannabis provider. In this role, you will be responsible for processing inbound orders from wholesale accounts, adjusting inventory databases, and conducting cycle counts.

About the Role
  • You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve seamless order fulfillment.
  • Multitasking, adaptability, and attention to detail are essential skills for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist with material counts, merchandise, or supplies in stock and update inventory records.
  2. Work closely with Inventory Coordinators to compare inventories to office records or compute figures from production records, purchase invoices, or other relevant data.
  3. Prepare reports, such as inventory balance, price lists, and shortages, in conjunction with Inventory Coordinators.
  4. Utilize BioTrack to ensure compliance with state rules and regulations.
  5. Handle transfers and prepare manifests for delivery teams.
  6. Stock and issue materials or merchandise.
  7. Support all wholesale orders, including picking, packaging, counting, stickering, and scanning.
  8. Demonstrate high-level detail and accuracy in inventory-related tasks.
  9. Ensure accuracy in labeling and product information.
  10. Acknowledge company culture and values while maintaining a professional demeanor during periods of high volume or stressful situations.
  11. Perform duties in cultivation as needed or required.
  12. Undertake other related duties and projects as business needs dictate, under the direction of management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced order fulfillment or warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Solid organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Willingness to tackle complex problems or complications to support wholesale partners.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, in a professional setting.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computing skills, including basic operating system knowledge, file organization, and general security best practices.
  • Innate desire to achieve success and a work ethic to match.
  • Ability to critically think and problem-solve without direction.
  • High level of integrity and honesty.
  • Strong mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in various units of measurement.
  • Ability to reason and apply common sense understanding to instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
