We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Paint Specialist to join our team at Countryside Customs. As a key member of our collision repair team, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for refinishing, applying and blocking primer, and identifying component or body repair issues prior to refinishing.

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 3 years of experience working as an auto repair/body prep technician, a valid driver's license, and a strong work ethic. If you are a team player with a passion for delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prep vehicles for Refinishing
  • Apply and Block Primer
  • Identify component or body repair issues prior to refinishing.
  • Receive and match parts to verify correct replacement.
  • Ability to learn and change direction as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience working as an auto repair/body prep technician.
  • Punctual attendance.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Good work ethic and team player.
