Job Responsibilities

The HVAC Technician will be responsible for performing skilled installation, maintenance, repairs, and operations of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment, refrigeration systems, boilers, cooling towers, pumps/motors, chillers, chemical water treatment systems, and direct digital control systems.

The ideal candidate will have two years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration or similar demonstrated acceptable experience, and possess knowledge of all HVAC and refrigeration codes, procedures, materials, and safety procedures.

  • Perform skilled installation, maintenance, repairs, and operations of HVAC equipment and systems
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and building codes
  • Communicate effectively with others to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
