Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Clerk to join our team at Restaurant Depot. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service to employees and management.

• Process payroll, including calculating wages, benefits, and taxes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, including employee information and time sheets
• Provide excellent customer service to employees and management, responding to inquiries and resolving issues
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports, including pay stubs and benefit statements
• Assist with payroll audits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 0-2 years of experience in payroll preferred
• Strong computer skills, including typing and software knowledge
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Confidentiality and respect for employee records

• Experience with ADP software
• Knowledge of wage withholding orders
• Accurate data entry skills
• Good client service skills
