Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Financial Coordinator Specialist to join COBRA INDUSTRIAL ACTIVITIES INC. In this role, you will be responsible for documenting the company's financial transactions, assisting with the preparation of financial statements, and reviewing payroll entry transactions.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has a strong understanding of accounting best practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Enter financial data and transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Analyze budgets and other financial information to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare financial reports and statements for local group entities and headquarters.
  • Verify the accuracy of transactions that have been entered.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable in a timely manner.
  • Assist tax advisors with information, documentation, and reports required for the timely filing of corporate taxes.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Previous experience in Accounting/Finance and Administration.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
  • Good with spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel, and other accounting systems.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish a plus, but not required.
