We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to provide non-medical support to individuals in need of assistance. This role involves working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those requiring specialized care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Monitor client health and safety to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
  • Prepare healthy meals tailored to client dietary needs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document daily activities and report any concerns or changes in client health.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Valid driver's license may be required.
  • No felony convictions or other criminal offenses.
  • Previous experience in caregiving or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of senior care practices and patient monitoring techniques beneficial.
  • Ability to work with individuals on the autism spectrum a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and compassionate demeanor essential.
  • Must be physically able to lift clients and perform necessary caregiving tasks.
