Overview

Catholic Health Initiatives is committed to delivering high-quality patient care, and we are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team. Our state-of-the-art cancer center and rehabilitation center offer a full range of services, including MRI and CT scans.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of healthcare professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients.


Responsibilities

$15,000 sign-on bonus and $10,000 educational assistance available to external candidates

  • Full-time opportunity with a day schedule, 7am - 5:30pm, and every other Saturday
  • On-call and holiday rotation
  • CT experience a plus

What you will do:

  • Properly assess patients and their abilities to participate in ordered procedures
  • Select the proper equipment and set correct technical factors
  • Obtain clear and complete histories from patients and record data into patient records
  • Evaluate equipment issues and report assessments to supervisors
  • Ensure all equipment is in working order at the beginning of the day

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
Years of MRI and CT experience

Education

  • Graduate of a Radiologic Technology, Sonography, or Nuclear Medicine Program

License and Certifications

  • Board certified in ARRT, NMTCB, ABNM, or ARDMS
  • RT (ARRT) (R)
  • ARRT Board Certified in MR within 1 year of hire
  • BLS from the American Heart Association required upon hire

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Understands methods and is capable of performing venipuncture as required for the position
  • Demonstrated ability to set and maintain multiple priorities in an environment with shifting priorities
  • Must be self-motivated and able to take ownership of projects/assignments
  • Must be a team player with excellent follow-up and customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and writing skills

Pay Range
$44.19/hour
