Job Title: Registered Nurse - Med Surg / Telemetry

TotalMed Staffing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team for a travel nursing assignment in West Allis, Wisconsin.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a Med Surg / Telemetry setting. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with various medical conditions, including those requiring telemetry monitoring.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Wisconsin.
  • Experience in Med Surg / Telemetry nursing.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
