About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with the General Manager to prioritize tasks and address any maintenance-related issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Cleaning and Upkeep: Ensure that all areas of the property are clean and well-maintained, including common guest areas and exterior spaces.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine checks and maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and ensure smooth operation of hotel systems.
  • Small Repairs and Tasks: Address minor issues and complete assigned tasks on a daily basis.
  • Special Projects: Participate in special projects and initiatives to improve the overall quality of the hotel and its services.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with staff and guests effectively.
  • Maintenance Knowledge: General knowledge of heating, air conditioning, electric, and plumbing skills to perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • Work Tools and Equipment: Ability to use basic work tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $45,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
