Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at the Poplar Bluff Fire Department. As an Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Perform various patient tests and administer medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices in critical care nursing.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Missouri.
- 2+ years of experience in ICU or critical care nursing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
