Job Responsibilities

As an MRI Technologist, your primary role will involve capturing medical images for diagnostic evaluation utilizing magnetic resonance imaging technology. In various healthcare settings such as hospitals, outpatient facilities, or imaging centers, you will:

  • Prepare patients for MRI scans
  • Operate MRI machinery
  • Process images for review by radiologists and physicians
  • Manage patient documentation

Additionally, you may also work with other imaging technologies, including CT scans and X-rays.

Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of recent experience in MRI technology
  • ARRT Certification
  • BLS Certification (AHA)
  • Current state licensure (if applicable)
