Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Framing Manager to join our team at Michaels. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting inventory management and merchandising standards and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute a well-merchandised and in-stock store for customers to shop
  • Help customers find what they are looking for and provide solutions
  • Assist the Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and Company programs
  • Manage and support the truck processes and lead the teams to ensure standards are met
  • Manage and execute shrink and safety programs
  • Maintain seasonal sets and the feature space to our visual merchandising standards
  • Assist with interviewing, on-boarding, coaching, observing and training of new Team members
Requirements
  • Retail merchandising and customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and early mornings
