Responsibilities- Provide Physical Therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, and program planning.
- Conduct screenings and evaluations to determine the need for intervention/treatment.
- Implement and conduct treatment as outlined in treatment plans.
- Follow management direction and adhere to established confidentiality standards.
- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Successful completion of National Certification Examination for Registered Physical Therapist.
- Current state licensure or license eligible.
- 0-3 years of long-term care experience.
