We are a family-owned restaurant in New Orleans and Southwest Florida, serving scratch-made Mexican food and hand-squeezed Key-Lime Margaritas for over 18 years.

Job Title: Bartender

Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year (based on experience)

Responsibilities
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and welcoming environment, providing accurate information about our menu, service style, and values.
  • Be attentive, respectful, resourceful, interactive, busy, and accountable in all interactions with guests.
  • Prepare and serve award-winning cocktails, including the famous Felipe's Key Lime Margarita.
  • Maintain the bar's overall appearance, quality of drinks, and service standards.
  • Care and clean all bar equipment and maintain organization and cleanliness in all areas of the bar.
Requirements
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • A valid Responsible Vendor Permit.
  • Prior guest service experience.
  • Prior server or bartender experience preferred.
