Job Description

The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to lead our Community Health Initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of programs aimed at improving health outcomes in underserved communities.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of others. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with community partners and stakeholders to advance our mission. An estimated salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year is commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive medical, prescription, behavioral health, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage, as well as generous retirement plans and paid time off.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Master's degree in Nursing or a related field, with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in healthcare management and leadership. You should have a proven track record of success in program development and implementation, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
