Job Summary

Soliant Health is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in a school-based environment. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing essential services to students from grades K-12.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver occupational therapy services to students in a school-based setting.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Provide direct and indirect services to students, including therapy sessions and consultation with teachers.
Requirements
  • Valid or pending Occupational Therapy license in Washington State.
  • Masters or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy required.
  • Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills essential for success in a school environment.
  • Ability to provide both direct and indirect services with guaranteed hours.
