At Liberty Steel & Wire, we are seeking a highly skilled Divisional CFO to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving financial strategy and planning, ensuring the company's financial health, and making strategic decisions to drive growth and profitability.

• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
• Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Oversee financial operations, including accounting, treasury, and risk management
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies
• Provide financial guidance and support to business units and departments
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10-15 years of progressive financial experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven experience in cost accounting and FP&A specific to manufacturing operations
• Strong track record of overseeing capital investment strategies, budgeting, and forecasting
• Leadership experience with cross-functional teams
• CPA/CFA required; CMA preferred

• Competitive salary range: $225,000-$255,000, including a 35% discretionary target bonus
