Job Summary:
Inspired Solutions Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU
* Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
* Current, full, active, and unrestrictive license to practice as a Registered Nurse
* 2+ years of experience working in the ICU as a Registered Nurse
* Associate Degree or Baccalaureate Degree program from the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN)
* Current CPR certification (American Heart Association)
* Current BLS certification (American Red Cross)
* Current ALS certification (American Red Cross)
