Senior NDE Inspector

Encorus Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) Inspector to join our team in West Seneca, NY, and Rochester, NY offices.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct precise testing and inspections of equipment in the field and laboratory, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
- Maintain equipment and facilities used for testing, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Provide coaching and training to less experienced technicians, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Interpret customer specifications and technical construction drawings to ensure examinations meet established customer and code requirements.
- Accurately follow established testing procedures, documenting examination variables and results thoroughly.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Non-Destructive Testing or a related field.
- Level II qualification in at least two Nondestructive Testing methods (e.g., PT, MT, RT, VT, UT, ET).
- Ability to obtain and maintain certifications from ACI, NICET, ICC, and AWS as required by the company.
- Proficiency in technical methods and procedures for conducting nondestructive testing of equipment or parts in the field or laboratory.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive for sample collection, field tests, and inspections.
- Additional Certifications such as API 510/570/653 or AWS CWI.
