Position Overview

We are in search of a committed and energetic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to become part of our organization, providing essential services to students ranging from Pre-K to 12th grade. Our client base includes individuals with significant behavioral challenges, and we seek professionals who excel in a collaborative, team-focused atmosphere.

Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs, including those facing severe behavioral issues.
  • Work in partnership with educators, families, and other specialists to create and execute individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Support virtual SLP services to guarantee comprehensive assistance for all students.
  • Keep thorough and precise documentation of student progress and treatment strategies.
  • Engage in team discussions and foster a positive and encouraging work environment.

Qualifications

  • For SLPs:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred.

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Capacity to function effectively within a team.
  • Experience with or a willingness to learn about severe behavioral challenges.
  • Adaptability to various service delivery models (onsite, hybrid, VOCO).
  • Technological proficiency for virtual service delivery.
