Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Underground Electrician to join our team at Salado Isolation Mining Contractors. As an Underground Electrician, you will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment, mobile equipment, and power distribution systems up to 13,800 volts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical equipment and systems
  • Conduct inspections to ensure safe working conditions and identify potential hazards
  • Follow all company procedures, policies, regulations, and standards to achieve performance goals
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or Equivalency
  • Five years of relevant electrical maintenance experience in a commercial or industrial environment or five years of industrial electrical training/education
  • Must be at least 18 years of age; U.S. citizenship is required except in limited circumstances
  • Underground and mining electrical experience preferred
