About the Role

Atrium Health Charlotte is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our rehabilitation team as a key contributor to delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify potential health risks, and provide timely interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, manage time efficiently, and maintain accurate records to ensure seamless communication among healthcare professionals
  • Cultivate strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to foster a supportive environment that encourages open dialogue and collaboration
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to enhance professional growth and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • 1 year of nursing experience in rehabilitation or a related field
  • BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
  • Current RN license in North Carolina or eligibility for temporary licensure
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
