About the Role:
The Registered Nurse positions focus on delivering patient-centered care while addressing the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of each individual, in accordance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate patient care for a designated group of patients, employing evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with patients and their families to create and implement comprehensive care plans that encompass physical, spiritual, and educational aspects.
- Communicate essential information to healthcare providers, patients, and family members promptly.
- Provide clinical telephone triage as per established protocols.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience.
- Professional demeanor with a focus on customer service and teamwork.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
