Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and high-quality food production.
  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat, and adhering to recipe specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all food is stored properly and labeled correctly.
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders when necessary to avoid shortages.

Qualifications:

  • State food handling certification required.
  • Some cooking experience preferred.
