Nurse Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to a culture of excellence and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, using established policies and procedures
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of current Labor and Delivery experience
- Strong clinical judgment and nursing skills, with a focus on patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
