Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address addiction, enhance coping skills, and promote recovery.
  • Provide individual counseling sessions using CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing to support residents' recovery journeys.
  • Lead group therapy sessions to build community, promote peer-to-peer learning, and support shared recovery experiences.
  • Engage families in the treatment process, providing educational resources and support to improve communication and reinforce positive behaviors.
  • Teach essential life skills, emotional regulation, and coping mechanisms to empower residents in making healthy choices.

**Salary and Benefits:**

The estimated salary for this position is $53,000 - $58,000 per year, which includes Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance eligible after 60 days of employment, 401k with 100% match up to 4% of your salary after 60 days of employment, Paid Time Off and 7 Paid Holidays (for full-time employees), Tuition Assistance and Opportunities for Growth.
