Multidisciplinary Supervisor

We're seeking a seasoned technician to lead our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sheet metal, piping, and plumbing, with a strong understanding of start-up technologies.

• Execute complex installations, repairs, and maintenance in sheet metal, piping, and plumbing systems.
  
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project delivery within tight timelines.
  
• Provide expert advice to facility owners, addressing their concerns and updating them on project progress.
  
• Utilize knowledge of start-up technologies to enhance project outcomes and streamline processes.
  
• Demonstrate a proactive, self-starting approach in managing tasks and deadlines.

• Proven proficiency in sheet metal, piping, or plumbing, with a willingness to learn and adapt across disciplines.
  
• Strong understanding or experience with start-up technologies in relevant fields.
  
• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and client interactions.
  
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  
• Prior experience working with a variety of facilities and project scopes is a plus.
