Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of equipment and fixtures.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address potential issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve our maintenance processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a hospitality or commercial setting.
  • Proficiency in at least one core building maintenance trade, such as electrical, plumbing, or HVAC.
  • Completion of EWH provided CPO training and certification.
  • Computer literate, with experience in CMMS programs a plus.
  • Valid driver's license.
